If you requested the refund of the order, after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3 business days after the date of processing.
Customers requesting refunds will be paid the full amount less a 10% restocking fee. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded).
Most returns will process in 1-2 weeks, as items will need to be inspected prior to processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

In-stock Jewelry– Items can be refunded with 10% re-stocking fee to original payment method or Store credit with 5% re-stocking fee. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Made to Order Jewelry– Items cannot be returned or refunded. For re-sizing, please refer to “Jewelry Resizing & Repair” page.
Bespoke Jewelry – Items cannot be returned or refunded. For re-sizing, please refer to “Jewelry Resizing & Repair” page.
Due to the exclusive nature of “Bespoke & Made to Order” pieces, no returns are available after purchase.
However, we offer re-sizing and maintenance services. Please refer to “Warranty” page.
