Resizing

We provide one complimentary resizing under warranty with the purchase of Poetic Mind Jewelry ring. If you need additional resizing, it cost $50 fee per each additional resizing. 

Please note jewelry that has been resized too many times may lose its integrity. Resizing your Poetic Mind Jewelry creation at a local jeweler voids the Poetic Mind Jewelry warranty.

Repair 

Should repairs be needed, it is the customer’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s); however, Poetic Mind Jewelry will be happy to facilitate in providing an insured label (fees will be invoiced).
