However, should you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit , refund with re-stocking fee or an exchange if the items is eligible. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returning & exchange item must be in original condition, such as original copy of all cards, letters & boxes included.
All returns must be requested via email and must be shipped back within ten (10) days of treceipt of item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packages included.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of return authorization (RA), and mail your return to us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and insure the piece(s); however, Poetic Mind Jewelry will be happy to facilitate in providing an insured label (fees will be invoiced).
If you're shipping on your own, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insuredmethod to mail your return as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or altered items during the return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 2 business days after the date of processing.
Customers requesting refunds will be paid the full amount less a 10% restocking fee. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded).
Customers requesting store credit will be paid the full amount less a 5% restocking fee. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded).
Exchanges will not incur the 10% restocking fee and any remaining balance will be given in store credit in the form of a gift card.
Most returns will process in 1-2 weeks, as items will need to be inspected prior to processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

In-stock Jewelry – Items can be refunded with 10% re-stocking fee to original payment method or Store credit with 5% re-stocking fee. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Made to Order Jewelry – Items cannot be returned or refunded. For re-sizing, please refer to “Jewelry Resizing & Repair” page.
Bespoke – Items cannot be returned or refunded. For re-sizing, please refer to “Jewelry Resizing & Repair” page.
Due to the exclusive nature of “Bespoke & Made to Order” pieces, no returns are available after purchase.
However, we offer re-sizing and maintenance services. Please refer to “Warranty” page.
